Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique was developed by F.M. Alexander. He discovered the importance of the position of the head and neck to the rest of the body. The goal of this technique is to move outdated patterns of movement into consciousness and to replace them with new and better ones.

The back and the joints will be used more gently. Patterns of movement are improved and early deterioration of discs and joints can be avoided.

F.M. Alexander proceeded, like the old Qigong Masters, from the unity of body and soul.
