Meditation

Take the path to internal peace and tranquility through breathing and doing nothing. We learn to remain relaxed with complete concentration in the here and now. Thoughts are released and inner peace develops.

We meditate

  • At the end of a session
  • Outside in summer, where we can also use the energy places around us
  • With advanced students even for longer periods of time - up to one hour, to increase the effects

With competitive athletes to increase mental strength etc…
