Qigong

My qigong courses are held according to my traditional training and also include elements from our everyday life. It’s a lot more fun for me - and for my clients - to use the various exercises as support for daily tasks.

Through the exercises we can learn the process of

  • Decelerating
  • Perceiving energy
  • Increasing well-being and staying calm in everyday life
  • Releasing used energy and gathering new energy.

I enjoy holding courses and seminars for particular areas and persons, for example for athletes, teachers or companies.
